How We Work

For private equity mandates, we focus on firms where the investment team is small enough that every hire genuinely matters. That means working closely with hiring managers to calibrate seniority, understand deal flow and sector focus, and ensure that candidates are well-briefed and genuinely motivated before any introduction is made.

On the credit side, we work across a range of strategies from direct lending platforms building out origination and underwriting capacity, to specialty finance and asset-based lenders requiring more niche technical profiles. We are equally comfortable placing a generalist direct lending Associate as we are identifying a candidate with specific ABF or insurance-linked experience.
